Real estate

Contracts signed, photos shared, nothing left open to the world.

A property deal is a stack of documents moving between people who don't work for you — buyers, sellers, solicitors, lenders, photographers. Every one of them needs exactly one file, once.

In practice

How NevTan Drive handles it

Sign in the browser

Open a contract, fill it, sign it by drawing or uploading a signature, and save it back as a PDF. No separate signing product, and no printing and scanning.

Links that close with the deal

Give a buyer a link that stops working on a chosen date, or needs a password before it opens.

Send without letting go

A preview-only link lets someone read a document in the browser without being able to download a copy of it.

Photos that open instantly

Listing photography previews in the browser at full size, so an agent on a phone between viewings doesn't have to download a 40-file folder.

A record you can point at

Every share, permission change and access event is written to the file's own audit log, so “who got this, and when” has an answer.

One folder per property

Folders, drag-and-drop upload, breadcrumbs and search by name keep a hundred live listings navigable.

Questions

Real estate teams ask

Straight answers, including where NevTan Drive is not the right tool.

Is this file sharing for real estate agents specifically?

It is built for how a property deal actually moves: one file to one outside party at a time, with an expiry on the link and a record of who opened it. Nothing in it is estate-agency software — there is no CRM and no listings feed — it is the document half of the job, done properly.

Can I get a contract signed without a separate e-signature product?

Yes. NevTan Drive's PDF editor lets you fill a document and sign it by drawing a signature or uploading an image of one, and the signature is baked into the saved PDF. What Drive does not do is send-for-signature workflows with countersigning and reminders — that is NevTan Sign.

Can I stop a buyer forwarding a document?

You cannot stop someone forwarding a link, but you can make the link stop working: set an expiry date, or require a password. A preview-only link also turns off downloading.

Does it work on a phone between viewings?

Yes. The whole workspace, including the PDF editor, is built to work at phone widths in a browser, so you can open, mark up and share from a phone without installing an app.
