How paying works
There is no NevTan Drive subscription
Drive has no price of its own. Your NevTan plan — the whole Workspace suite, or Drive and Mail on their own — sets two things: how much storage Drive and Mail share, and which tools, like PDF editing, your workspace gets. One bill, one number to watch.
Role-based collaborators, expiring and password-protected links and the per-file audit log are on every account, free ones included. The PDF and Office editors come with your plan.
Files in Drive and mail in NevTan Mail draw on the same total, so you buy room once for both instead of paying separately for file storage and mailbox storage.
Start free, then move up when you need more space or a tool a higher plan unlocks, like PDF editing. Plans are bought from the product that owns them and apply across the suite.

What counts toward the total, what happens when it fills, and where to change plan.
Does NevTan Drive cost anything on its own?
No. There is no Drive subscription. Role-based sharing, link passwords and expiry, and the per-file audit log are on every account including free ones. Your NevTan Mail plan sets how much storage you have and which tools, like PDF editing, are included.
What counts toward my storage?
Every file and folder in your Drive, and your NevTan Mail mailbox, because the two draw on one combined total. Items in Trash still count until you empty it, which is the usual reason the meter reads higher than people expect.
What happens when my storage is full?
Existing files stay where they are and stay readable — nothing is deleted and nothing is locked. You are warned at 85, 90 and 95%, and once the pool is full NevTan Mail cannot send new attachments until you free space or add storage. Emptying Trash is worth doing first.
How do I upgrade or change plan?
Wherever the plan is sold — NevTan Workspace for a suite plan, NevTan Mail for a Drive + Mail one; the plan table above links to both. Because the storage is one pool, upgrading there raises the number Drive shows straight away, and there is no separate Drive checkout to go through.
Is the free plan limited in features?
Partly. A free account gets the same sharing controls and audit log as any paid one; most products put link passwords or an audit log behind a business tier, and this one does not. Some tools, like PDF editing, come with higher plans, and NevTan Mail's pricing page lists what each plan includes.
